Qi Gong Workshop with Master Larry Wong 11/25/2017
Qi Gong (chee-gong) is an eastern form of gentle movements and breathing to promote healthy circulation, relaxation, and boost immunity. This workshop will guide and teach you a simple series of movements called (Wu Ji Gong) to improve your health and well-being.
Qi gong is often called “moving meditation” and is similar to tai chi.
Master Wong will share some basic warm up exercises, like Parting Clouds and Swaying Hands series that one can also see previews on YouTube & Vimeo.
For those who already know the form, He will assess their form and suggest Internal enhancements, only if needed or wanted and will also demonstrate variations of style… from Beginning Level to Advanced.
Master Wong will also discuss a very common issue among many Qi Gong and Yoga practitioners, which are the notorious “Qi Gaps.”
Master Wong has over 40 years of teaching experience in Qi gong, tai chi, and martial arts in the San Francisco area.
